We make all tooling in-house, using our complete machine shop anchored by multiple CNC machining centers. We combine skilled toolmakers with the latest CNC software to turn your model into a tool in a matter of hours. Our tooling process is completely integrated into the part manufacturing process which keeps the flow of information moving in the right direction.

Quality

Quality
The foundations of our quality system are sound procedures and a formalized process of checks and balances. Our Quality Department measures the parts using all the industry standard equipment. Every order includes a quality package that contains the inspection reports, any certifications required, and a ballooned print. Technique also keeps a tagged and cataloged sample of every part. All of our customers' files are saved for future reference.

Laser Cutting

Laser Cutting
Technique employs four independent laser cutting machines, allowing multiple parts to be created at once. The six-axis laser allows us to process complex forms and deep-drawn parts. It manipulates, cuts and trims very complex shapes into accurate and repeatable finished parts. Technique can usually begin your project in 1-3 days on steel, stainless steel or aluminum on a sheet size of 5' x 10' in varying thicknesses up to .625" (16 mm).

Combine our six-axis laser, with a rotary chuck that allows for infinite adjustment and control, and we are able to cut tube and pipe with extremely complex designs with a high degree of accuracy.

Bending and Forming

Bending and Forming
Another area of Technique expertise is our three-axis CNC-controlled hydraulic prototype cells. They allow us to form your parts with the highest level of accuracy. All of our prototype cells have quick-change modular fixtures and standardized tooling to save you time and money. We can do everything from straight bends to complex forms to deep draws. Our 14 presses can handle projects ranging in size from 30 to 500 tons.
